  1. Which are the phone cases can I customise?
    Good question! Both the Essential and Holo series can be customised.
  1. Do you plan on creating more phone cases for other phone models/brands?
    YES! We are working hard on expanding our product range of the phone cases that are not listed above. To be the first to know, please do join our newsletter!
  1. How do I remove my addon case off my phone?
    It’s easy, lift one corner from the bottom of the case, and gently do the same on the other side. Then slowly remove the rest of the case from your phone.



  1. Do I need to create an account to purchase your phone cases?
    It is not necessary to create an account, but it would be great if you do! It allows you to order with ease for your next purchase, without having to fill in your details every single time you shop with us. By having an account, you will also be able to view your order history and track your orders.
  1. How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
    Once you have gone through checkout on our website successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If you have an account with us, you could log into your account to view your order.
  1. I have placed my order but I didn’t receive any confirmation email. What should I do?
    Fret not! Please check the junk/spam folder in your registered email address (the one that you placed your order with). If it is still not there, please reach out to us at for further assistance.
  1. I changed my mind! Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once payment has been made. However, if you do need help, feel free to drop us an email at
  1. Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
    Stacking of promo codes are not allowed, but feel free to use the other promo code in your next purchase!


  1. How do I track my order?
    If you have an addon account with us, you could sign in to your account (the one that you placed your order with) and click on “Track Order”. Otherwise, you would receive a separate email from us once the order is ready to be shipped.
  1. How long does it take to ship my order?
    It varies, as shipping time depends on the product you purchase and the shipping destination. If you would like to know the estimated delivery time and shipping fee, please add your item to the cart and proceed to checkout, then select the destination location on the checkout page to get an estimate.
  1. I have not received my order, how long will my items reach me? 
    Once you have placed and paid for your order, please allow us up to 3 business days for processing. If you still have not received an update on the shipping thereafter, feel free to drop us an email at, we will get it sorted. Please also do provide us your correct and complete shipping address to avoid any returns and shipping delays.



  1. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit & debit cards. PayPal is also a checkout option. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques or money orders at the moment.
  1. When will my account/credit card/debit card be charged?
    Your account/credit card/debit card will be charged immediately after your order has been accepted and processed.


  1. What do I do if my phone case turn yellow?
    Our cases are mainly made with TPU to achieve maximum durability and flexibility. The yellowing of the phone case will not affect the durability and protection of your phone. Please note durability and quality of the phone case. To maintain your phone case, you could reduce exposure to high temperatures, and UV. All transparent cases will tend to naturally yellow with time due to the material of the case being exposed to sunlight and/or certain chemicals.


  1. I love your products! Can I sell the products in my store?

By purchasing from addon, you agree to not resell or distribute the items for any commercial use.
